* NOTE: I went for an encore screening of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" this past week, I' am still overwhelmed with deep sadness and great sense of disbelieve that Michael's no longer with us, no matter how many times I watch "This Is It" (a brilliant piece of film to Michael's talent force and last goodbye to the world), his love, energy, life and power keeps reminding us and myself throughout the movie what could've been the biggest comeback/ farewell concert of all time. It's so tragic. "This Is It" is to me the ultimate last good bye to Michael Jackson. this project was not a failure at least they captured something, YOU HAVE GOT TO SEE IT (especially if you're a singer, musician, dancer, actor .. a creator of art, this is for you .. this is for us)!

Slim Khezri is working on a Michael Jackson documentary titled "King Of Pop - In Loving Memory" (15 minutes). - it's tells a little about the king of pop, his death, the reactions on the streets, Slim K's connection with him and his legacy. 

Produced, edited and narrated by Slim Khezri. there no release date yet.

It's July 25, 2009. it has been exactly a month today since Michael Jackson died.

Slim Khezri recently worked at the Panavision Studios on a new comdey titled "Fred & Vinnie", directed by Steve Skrovan (Emmy Award winner, writer for “Seinfeld” and served as exec producer of “Everybody Loves Raymond”). The comedy film is is written and starred by comic actor Fred Stoller (comedian, actor, and writer best known for his frequent guest starring as Gerard in "Everybody Loves Raymond" and subsequent guest appearances on many TV shows incl. "Friends" and "The King of Queens ". He also wrote 2 episodes and appeared on "Seinfeld").

The comedy is about two mismatched guys forced to live together. Given this, it’s probably safe to say, we are in for a few laughs as this film promises to be overly hilarious and funny. 

Slim Khezri plays a small part as an Interviewer, 
looking for a job with Fred & Vinnie.

SLIM K's "(Move & Dance) Burn The Disco" Trilogy 2009 is a new 3 piece release, consisting of a Single Edition, 1.0 Edition (a re-release of the 2008 version + new mix) and 2.0 Edition feat. New Remixes. The project is in post-production, in addition to the trilogy, a new set of music videos is currently in the works. the complete trilogy is produced by Slim K featuring Mhe Hseeri, Marcel Agterhuis, Sinan Mercenk and Thorsten Adam. ~ Release Date is set for June/ July '09

These past few days, Slim K has been involved in a new action/ adventure movie project titled "Jewels of Eden", playing Killer Karim (an Egyptian bandit), set in Egypt and Israel in the mid-1950s. Directed by new yorker Linda Johnston. - stay tuned for news and updates.

Slim Khezri played a Homeless Gypsy in a few key scenes in Vatican City in Rome (shoot actualy took place in Hollywood Park/ Inglewood, CA. - Summer/ Fall 2008) in Ron Howard's 2nd Dan Brown film adaptation and Columbia Pictures "ANGELS & DEMONS" [ Illuminati], (prequel to "The Da Vinci Code" - 2006), Produced by Brian Grazer featuring Tom Hanks, Ewan McGregor, Stellan Skarsgård and Ayelet Zurer.
